Abstract: | Four bat species were recorded in the Réserve Naturelle Intégrale d’Andringitra: Rousettus madagascariensis, Hipposideros commersoni, Myotis goudoti, and Miniopterus minor. The greatest species richness was at 720 and 810 m. Evidence was found that Myotis and Miniopterus occupy the same day-roosts. There was also the indication that Miniopterus minor has synchronized breeding and delayed embryonic development. |
